Vidyagyan Leadership Academy, an initiative of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, offers life-changing educational opportunities to economically marginalized students across India. Focused on nurturing future leaders, the academy provides 100% free residential education to selected students at its Bulandshahr campus in Uttar Pradesh.
Since 2021, in collaboration with rZamba Trust, this initiative has supported 9 students from Ladakh (5 girls and 4 boys), currently enrolled and thriving at Vidyagyan Leadership Academy.
For the academic year 2025–2026, the entrance exam will once again be conducted across Ladakh, ensuring every eligible child has access to this unique opportunity.
📍 Exam Centers Across Ladakh:
The Vidyagyan Entrance Examination 2025 will be held at the following four locations:
- Kargil
- Zanskar
- Leh
- Nubra
Students may choose the center nearest to their residence.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be studying in Class 5.
- Age limit (as of 31/03/2025):
- Girls: Not more than 12 years
- Boys: Not more than 11 years
- Father’s annual income must be ₹2 Lakhs or less
📝 Entrance Exam Process:
- Phase 1: Written Objective-Type Exam
- Phase 2: Interview & Medical
- Phase 3: House Verification
- Phase 4: Final Selection based on all phases
