Students and unemployed individuals are now eagerly waiting for the government to announce a mega recruitment drive. Numerous posts have remained vacant for years, including Sub-Inspector positions in the Ladakh Police, along with various gazetted and non-gazetted posts in different departments. The local population believes that this is the right time for the administration to act and provide employment opportunities. A large-scale recruitment drive would not only address the rising unemployment but also empower the youth of Ladakh with purpose.
