In a proud moment for Ladakh, Zaibun Nissa and Siddiqa Banoo of Team Stringmo represented the Union Territory at the International Conference on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), held at Tagore Hall, Srinagar. The event focused on SDGs in the context of UT Ladakh and UT J&K, organized by the Global Human Rights Trust under consultative status with UNDESA (UN Department of Economic & Social Affairs).
Guided by Sajjad Bob, founder of Team Stringmo, the duo highlighted youth perspectives from Ladakh on sustainable development, cultural preservation, and gender equality—drawing applause for their clarity and regional insights.
