Many students are now becoming overage.The hopes of unemployed youth are dwindling, and there is no one to speak up for them. In January, several daily newspapers like Gulistan News and North India Times reported that the administration would launch a mega recruitment rally. However, these newspapers have not dared to question why the recruitment process has yet to begin or what is causing the delay. Meanwhile, student unions remain occupied with annual functions and seem to lack the mindset or will to raise their voices about jobs and the ongoing delay in the recruitment process
