New Delhi, August 9:
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released Advertisement No. 11/2025 inviting online applications for 12 Lecturer posts in the School Education Department, Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
According to the notification, there are five vacancies for Lecturer (English) and seven vacancies for Lecturer (Mathematics). The recruitment is exclusively for domiciles of Ladakh in accordance with the Ladakh Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Rules, 2025.
Both positions carry a Level-09 pay scale as per the 7th CPC. The maximum age limit is 45 years for Scheduled Tribe candidates, inclusive of a one-time special relaxation of five years granted for recruitment in 2025 and 2026.
Eligibility:
- Lecturer (English): Post Graduation in English with B.Ed.
- Lecturer (Mathematics): Post Graduation in Mathematics with B.Ed.
