1. EOC Manager / Project Manager
- No. of Post: 01
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹50,700/-
- Qualification:
- MA/MSc/M.Tech in Disaster Management or PG Diploma in Disaster Management
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in IT and Disaster DSS systems
- Special Skills:
- Leadership & strategic planning
- Disaster risk assessment & project operations
- Preference to local residents of UT Ladakh
- Assessment Criteria (Total 50 Marks):
- Qualification: 20 Marks
- ≥ 60% = 20 marks | < 60% = 15 marks
- Experience: 20 Marks
- ≥ 3 years = 20 marks
- Interview: 10 Marks
- Qualification: 20 Marks
2. EOC / Logistic Supervisor
- No. of Post: 01
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹35,400/-
- Qualification:
- MA/MSc/M.Tech in Disaster Management or PG Diploma
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience
- Proficiency in IT and Disaster DSS systems
- Special Skills:
- Stock management and logistics
- Planning, scheduling, and dispatch coordination
- Preference to local residents of UT Ladakh
- Assessment Criteria (Total 50 Marks):
- Qualification: 20 Marks
- ≥ 60% = 20 marks | < 60% = 15 marks
- Experience: 20 Marks
- ≥ 1 year = 10 marks | ≥ 2 years = 20 marks
- Interview: 10 Marks
- Qualification: 20 Marks
